About Our Mandate
Our Mission
We recently decided to offer our friends, family and associates, use of our private villa at Villa La Estancia (Cabo) - at severely discounted prices. Our property has been clear title for many years and previously used mostly for our personal use. So, now that Deb and I have hit a ripe old age, in our 70's, our priorities have changed. Costs associated with our ownership in Cabo have risen dramatically in the last couple of years. We decided either we would sell or we would cover some of our costs by offering our 2nd home to friends and associates. So now, we seek to share our property and simply help cover some of our costs through our discounted rentals. We are not seeking a return on our investment. Therefore, we consider this a win/win. Our property rents for approximately1/4 of the normal rack rate!
Our Property - Villa 1106
Our villa is a pool level unit, located at the full ownership resort - Villa La Estancia, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The property was carefully selected for its location, amenities, and comfort. The resort is run like a 5 star hotel wilt all the associated amenities. We feel we offer Champagne Taste - On a Beer Budget! Give us a try and you will soon be part of our expanding family of friends.
Our Services
We can help you reserve everything from spa treatments to private chef services. We can help you create the ultimate vacation experience. We can add private concierges, in addition to the concierge offerings of Estancia. Let us take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy your time away. As an example, we can help with reservations for transportation to and from the resort. We can make suggestions for restaurants in the area.

She will confirm availability, look after getting your reservation number with the resort, and line up maid service, transportation etc.
We normally ask for a good faith deposit of $1,000 at the time of booking and the non refundable balance ia due 30 days before your planned arrival.
We also have a sister Villa (1105) available next door.
